Contract Details:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT procurement process for our company, ensuring that we have the necessary technology and equipment to support our business operations. The contract is for an initial period of one year, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Job Description:

As the IT Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all IT-related products and services within the company. This includes negotiating with vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our company has the necessary technology and equipment to support our business operations and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's IT needs

- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company

- Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of IT products and services

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions

- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products and services

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed procurement decisions

- Manage the budget for IT procurement and ensure cost savings are achieved without compromising on quality

- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably in a leadership role

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills

- Knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions

- Familiarity with procurement software and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
