As a Staff Accountant you will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing tax compliance responsibilities. This role involves preparing and filing state and local sales tax returns, performing tax research, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with tax registrations. You’ll thrive here if you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- →Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing questions and ensuring compliance.
- →Assist with submitting and managing tax registrations for clients.
- →Collaborate with the team to improve processes and support client success.
- →Manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and contribute as part of a team.
- Comfortable working within tight deadlines and taking ownership of deliverables.
- Any type of sales tax experience/exposure and working from the office
