Degree from an accredited college or university, paralegal certificate, or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of two (2) years of docketing experience in a law firm setting
Experience computing deadlines in both federal and state courts is required
Experience with CompuLaw Vision is required
Familiarity with rules-based calendaring software (e.g., Milana) is a plus

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction without constant supervision
Knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, legal procedures, terminology, and court rules (federal and state)
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and summarize findings effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to exercise professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Ability to adapt to a fluid, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office
