→Lead and execute firm-wide marketing and business development strategies
→Partner with attorneys on client development, pitches, and RFP responses
→Oversee digital marketing efforts (website, email campaigns, social media, analytics)
→Draft and edit marketing content, including attorney bios, alerts, and thought leadership
→Plan and manage client events, sponsorships, and networking initiatives
→Coordinate awards submissions, rankings, and directory listings
→Track and report on marketing performance and ROI
→Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external partnerships
→Conduct market research and competitive analysis
→Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience supporting attorneys or professional service providers
Strong understanding of legal marketing and business development strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
