We are growing and looking to hire a Construction Services Manager – Tennessee. We are looking to grow our staff, expand our CEI operations into Tennessee, and develop new client relationships.
 
Salary will be commensurate with experience and licensure. Other compensation factors will include annual bonuses. Duties and Responsibilities include: Growing client base in Tennessee, supporting field staff, regular client / potential client interaction, proposal / oral presentation preparation, strategic planning, firm leadership activities and responsibilities.
Previous experience in CEI Management with TDOT and other TN local government agencies. 
Previous experience with construction project management at the field level and management level.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in TN, or the eligibility for TN PE licensure through reciprocity or can provide information regarding your ability to test for TN licensure is preferred. 
BSCE degree from an accredited higher education college / university are preferred.
Geographic area of responsibility will be Tennessee.
