As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base for Anaqua’s RightHub product line, as well as growing adoption of our IP Maintenance and tech-enabled services.

What you’ll need to be successful:


  • Proven track record in Telemarketing, Sales, or Sales Development.
  • Completed degree or vocational education—what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, master new concepts, and continuously develop yourself.
  • Strong technical aptitude: you enjoy understanding how things work and can translate technical features into clear, compelling value for customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and a client-focused communication style.
  • Strong analytical thinking, negotiation abilities, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
  • Willingness to build a solid understanding of the intellectual property domain.
  • Experience in IP (Patents, Trademark, Licensing) or the legal/LegalTech industry is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive personality.
