Talent Acceleration Lead

Development work usually makes people feel better without making them better. This role exists to ask, “What can our best people do now that they couldn't six months ago?” You'll be accountable to that question and expected to show your work.

This is a senior IC role, with company-wide ownership, reporting to the Head of People Partners.

For more than a century, public markets were how most Americans participated in capitalism. That layer has thinned. The number of publicly traded U.S. companies has been cut in half since the 1990s, and the companies defining this era accumulate unprecedented value before they reach a public exchange — if they reach one at all. Hundreds of millions of people use their products every day. Few have an accessible way to own them.

People feel differently about change when they have a stake in it. Public markets solved this a century ago with exchanges, custodians, transfer agents, brokers, and retail distribution. Private markets — now more than $28T in U.S. fund AUM — never had the equivalent. Millions of Americans had no path to ownership in private companies. So we built one.

This is a hybrid role in either New York City or San Francisco. Employees work in office at least 2 days a week. Many people come in more often.
