Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build sales training that goes deep: the art of selling, clienteling, conversion, and the relationship-based approach that turns a great interaction into a lasting client
- →Develop service training grounded in the belief that how we show up for each other internally is how we show up for our clients externally
- →Develop merchant mindset training that teaches our in-store teams to think like owners: understanding what sells, how to position it, and how to use that knowledge to drive results across every aspect of the client experience
- →Develop product training that teaches not just what we make and where it comes from, but how to talk about it in a way that moves product
- →Produce train-the-trainer kits that enable field leaders to deliver training consistently across every market
- →Conduct field immersion in our local stores to ground the work in operational reality
- →Present progress and the final deliverables to the project leadership team at the end of the internship
Requirements
~1 min read- Currently enrolled in a top-tier Business School, IFM, ESSEC, EDHEC, Sciences Po, or equivalent program with a focus in sales, retail management, or commercial strategy (Bachelor's final year or Master's level)
- A genuine feel for retail, fashion, and what it takes to sell, not just serve, in a premium brand environment
- Strong at taking ambiguous inputs and turning them into clear, well-organized content
- Excellent presentation skills across Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Globally minded by default, most of our stores are in the US and your materials need to work everywhere
- Comfortable in a room with an executive and equally comfortable on a sales floor.
- Duration: 8 weeks, full-time.
- Start Date: May / June 2026 — rolling start, ideally as soon as possible.
- Location: ANINE BING Paris HQ, 1 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, with regular visits to our Paris boutiques.
- Working Language: English (French is a plus).
- Contract: French "convention de stage" required.
