Responsibilities

- →Assist in preparing wholesale linesheets and sales tools for European markets.
- →Assist in preparing seasonal presentations and digital assets for wholesale meetings.
- →Support the sales team during buying appointments and showroom set-up/tear-down.
- →Update weekly & monthly selling reports and contribute to internal reporting on sell-through and bestsellers across Europe.
- →Support PR & Marketing: managing image requests and sample loans.
- →Help prepare training materials ahead of store visits.
- →Support client follow-up with European wholesale accounts (order confirmations, replenishment tracking).
- →Help update and maintain CRM databases with client and order information.
- →Monitor competitor activity and assist in market analysis.
- A final-year student or recent graduate in a gap year (Business, Fashion, or a related field) with a 1st Experience in Wholesales (mandatory)
- Proficient in Excel (advanced functions—Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); (the knowledge of an European language is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive—able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adaptable and eager to learn—comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Interest in luxury fashion and sustainable business practices.
- A broad understanding of international luxury wholesale operations.
- Hands-on experience working with multi-brand retailers and key industry players.
- Exposure to data-driven decision-making in a commercial setting.
- Development of analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration, giving insight into different aspects of a growing luxury brand
