Join Our Consultant Program!
We are another.co, founded in 2004. We are a communication agency dedicated to developing comprehensive strategies for our clients. We are currently looking talent as Consultants to collaborate on exciting and diverse projects within our areas of expertise. We value the ability to build solid relationships with the media, creativity in brand positioning, the capacity to generate persuasive content and the ability to manage our clients' reputation effectively. That's why we are excited to work with professionals who bring their expertise to our projects as Consultants.

- Demonstrable experience in the role.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and relevant skills.
- Excellent written/visual/audiovisual communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Availability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to invoice for services rendered.

NOW WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Requirements
~1 min read- 1–3 years of experience in content creation for brands (agency or in-house)
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital trends and social culture
- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Ability to work cross-functionally (influencer, account, and design teams)
- Create creative content for social media (video, copy, ideas)
- Adapt trends to brands and active campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development
- Generate ideas for influencer campaigns and organic content
- Write copy aligned with each brand’s tone
- Coordinate with design, influencer, and account teams for execution
- Support content production (shootings, recordings, etc.)
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
- Monitor basic content performance (engagement, views)
- Propose improvements and new ideas based on trends
- Creativity and conceptual thinking
- Understanding of social media and trends
- Strong writing skills (copywriting)
- Proactivity and ability to execute quickly
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork
- Adaptability to different brands and tones
- Organization and time management
