About the opportunity

As an Associate within our Tāmaki Makaurau Litigation team, you will be exposed to all aspects of litigation work including research, drafting of pleading and submissions, providing opinions to clients and discovery processes.

In addition to the support you will get from partners, you will have a team of talented junior and senior lawyers around you. Our open plan (and non-hierarchical) environment provides an unparalleled insight into our partners daily practice and creates a great atmosphere to learn and build your career.

About you

• You will be admitted to practice in New Zealand.
• You will have 4+ years PQE with proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Able to take a commercial and pragmatic approach to providing advice.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement and problem solving skills.
