~3 min readYou create amazing experiences for our library customers. You are the person who connects the customer with information they seek in person, over the phone or on a well-crafted email. You develop and implement outstanding experience zone programs. You are a trainer and program coordinator at the Express Libraries, bookmobile and outreach events. You are a natural leader, knowledgeable on all library operations and respected for your ability to have the customer leaving thrilled about the library.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree required
- MLS or Master's degree preferred
- You have presentation or training experience
- Continuous learner
- Digital literacy
- Library or bookstore experience preferred
- You have a good driving history and strong sense of responsibility to drive the 36ft bookmobile and the van
- You can pass a drug test and a non-DOT physical exam
- You are up for a physically demanding job as you load and unload books for the bookmobile
