This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals, team leaders, or managers who thrive in client-focused environments and are ready to bring their leadership mindset into a flexible, remote setting.

In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, help clients understand their options, and guide them through the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Warm leads are provided—no cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

  • Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Assess client needs and provide guidance on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options

  • Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and documentation

  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development calls

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and support overall team performance
