In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who requested information about available benefits, conduct virtual consultations, and guide clients through their options with professionalism and care.
No cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting required.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
- →Listen carefully to understand each client’s needs, goals, and priorities
- →Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- →Guide clients through the enrollment process step-by-step
- →Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
- →Provide ongoing client support and policy guidance when needed
- →Build long-term professional relationships through excellent service and responsiveness
- →Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development meetings
- Professionals with a strong customer service mindset
- Confident communicators who build trust through virtual conversations
- Detail-oriented individuals who value organization and follow-through
- Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Candidates comfortable using Zoom and digital communication platforms
- Service-oriented individuals motivated by helping others
- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
