Oracle ERP Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP and Procurement, responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions across enterprise resource planning and Procure-to-Pay processes. Provides solution architecture leadership across Oracle Cloud ERP, translating business requirements into effective solutions while aligning business processes, integrations, security, and enterprise architecture.
- Lead solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Cloud ERP and Procurement.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, requisitions, receiving, invoicing, approvals, and supplier management.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP, Procurement, and related Financials modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
- Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Define application configurations, integrations, extensions, reporting, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and third-party systems.
- Support testing, data conversion, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Ensure solutions align with Oracle Cloud best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide guidance on solution dependencies, risks, and impacts across ERP modules.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
Requirements

- Bending, sitting, lifting, and/or driving.
- Full time work during Apex IT business hours and, at times, outside of business hours, if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including significant Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement and related ERP processes.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP solution design and implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
