Applied Intuition is seeking an ADAS Operations Lead to bring our newly launched SDS for Automotive platform across EMEA. • Scale Operational Playbooks: Develop repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations that can be adapted across regions and vehicle platforms.

  • ADAS/Automotive Program Experience: Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs, ideally involving OEM or Tier-1 partnerships.
  • Operational Leadership Skills: Proven ability to launch, scale, and manage complex technical operations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Fluency: Understanding of ADAS features and the workflows required to validate and deploy them.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communicator who can bridge between technical, operational, and business stakeholders to drive program success.
  • Safety-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining safety processes in high-stakes operational environments.
