Assistant Buyer

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking a full-time Assistant Buyer to provide support to the procurement department with purchasing material, parts, and services in our Beavercreek, OH office located at The Greene.  ARS will provide training and no procurement experience is required. 

• →Request quotes for goods and services
• →Prepare audit compliant files
• →Enter and issue purchase orders for goods and services
• →Inventory and restock office supplies
• →Other duties as assigned

• Must be a US citizen
• Microsoft Office experience is required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be able to work in an office environment 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday
• Minimum High School diploma or GED
• Motivated, quick learner
• Attention to detail
• Good correspondence skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
