Commodity Business Manager

Job Description We are looking for a highly talented Commodity Business Manager to join our team and lead PDC supply chain. Our Group: Supply chain out of the operation division. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. What you'll be doing: * Develops, aligns and implements commodity strategies. * Manage all commercial aspects within PDC commodities. * Responsible for setting long term vendor base strategies. * Responsible for establishing and maintaining robust supply chain for PDC products. * Manage all costing aspects including the identify of Cost Reduction opportunities. * Working together with the R&D team on all technology sourcing and costing aspects. What you should have? * Relevant Technological Knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Physics is an advantage). * Technical experience in that field with vast Purchasing experience in that field. * 5+ years’ experience in strategic Suppliers Management. * Strong commercial orientations, communication, negotiation skill and interpersonal skills * High presentations skills. * Experience in leading cross- organization projects, leadership capabilities.
