Key Responsibilities * Act as a subject matter expert for HCM employee lifecycle data domains and processes, including hire to retire, organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation data. * Design and implement data quality controls, governance mechanisms, and audit checks to ensure integrity and consistency of employee lifecycle data. * Analyze and resolve complex HR data issues, leading root cause analysis across regions, HR functions, and shared services teams. * Support Mergers, Acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations by managing employee data migration, validation, and harmonization activities within HCM. * Develop advanced HCM reports, dashboards, and data extracts for global stakeholders and leadership decision making. * Partner with HR COEs (Talent, Total Rewards), Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate data integration and downstream system alignment. * Lead functional testing and data validation for HCM enhancements, integrations, compensation cycles, and country rollouts. * Execute and govern compensation related data changes and actions in Workday, including annual cycles, focal awards, and off cycle adjustments, while coaching junior analysts and reviewing their work. * EIB specialist, Compensation, Job, Hire to Retire Functional Knowledge * Demonstrates depth and breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field. * Acts as a recognized SME for HCM data, lifecycle programs, and complex scenarios.
