Join Aprio's Business Operations - Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Finance and Billing Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The Finance & Billing Specialist will partner with Billing Analysts in drafting invoices from digital documents, reviewing invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policy, and sending invoices for final review and approval. In addition this position will process new client data into various systems, update client data as needed and off-board clients from company software.

Draft client invoices

Receive, review, and validate requests for updates to client data.

Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors.

Manage new office/M&A job requests, data corrections and updates in a timely fashion.

Create Tax Locators in various tax software according to documented processes.

Process new client requests according to Aprio policy.

Off board clients in required software applications.

Coordinate with the billing and cash management team in regards to client updates that impact their departments.

2+ years of experience in client data management

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with CRM software is a plus
