Warehouse Stock Controller - Supermarket

Apt Resources is currently looking for a Warehouse Stock Controller to join their client's team for a Supermarket chain in Angola, West Africa. As a Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store by managing the incoming stock, ensuring accurate documentation, and organizing the stockroom efficiently.

• →Counting stock and making inventory reports for warehouses
• →Receive and inspect stock deliveries
• →Check the quantity and quality of incoming stock
• →Handle documentation and maintain accurate records of stock
• →Organize and maintain the stockroom
• →Ensure stock is properly labeled and stored
• →Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely restocking
• →Monitor and track inventory levels
• →Collaborate with the sales team to address any stock-related issues
• →Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
• →Assist in other duties as assigned

• →Experience counting stock and making inventory reports for warehouses
• →Experience in working in Supermarkets/Hypermarkets is essential
• →Prior experience as a stock receptionist or similar role

• →Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• →Excellent organizational and time management skills
• →Ability to work well in a team environment
• →Basic computer skills
• →Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long periods of standing
• →Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
