The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering products across Arcadia’s platform and data connectivity suite. This role owns a portfolio of capabilities that power how healthcare organizations access, trust, and activate data to improve outcomes and lower cost of care.

You will solve complex problems at the intersection of healthcare data, analytics, and real-world clinical workflows. You will translate business and customer needs into clear product strategy, measurable outcomes, and high-quality execution in close partnership with engineering, UX, data, and customer-facing teams.
 
This role directly supports Arcadia’s growth by:

• Delivering differentiated platform capabilities that drive customer retention and expansion
• Reducing time-to-value for new and existing customers
• Ensuring our roadmap aligns to strategic company priorities and market opportunity
• Balancing innovation with platform stability and scalability
 
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
 
• Develop a strong understanding of Arcadia’s platform architecture, product suite, and value propositions
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, design, sales, operations, and customer-facing partners
• Take ownership of one or more product areas and actively manage backlog prioritization
• Participate in customer conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic needs
• Align roadmap priorities to clearly articulated business outcomes and OKRs
 
In 6 months
 
• Deliver meaningful product enhancements or new capabilities that drive measurable customer value
• Demonstrate strong ownership of roadmap execution and cross-functional coordination
• Lead structured discovery efforts that inform strategic investment decisions
• Establish clear product metrics and reporting to track adoption, impact, and performance
• Facilitate trade-off conversations that balance customer needs, technical constraints, and long-term strategy
 
In 12 months

• Be recognized as the clear product owner and subject matter expert for your portfolio
• Drive roadmap strategy that supports both short-term revenue goals and long-term platform scalability
• Launch significant new features or capabilities that improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Proactively identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, improve performance, or unlock new value
• Contribute to broader product strategy discussions and mentor more junior product team members
• Own product strategy and roadmap for defined areas of Arcadia’s platform
• Translate business strategy and customer insights into clear product vision, requirements, and measurable outcomes
• Lead discovery efforts including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven investigation
• Develop business cases that quantify impact, trade-offs, and ROI
• Partner closely with engineering and UX to define MVP scope and drive iterative delivery
• Actively manage and prioritize backlogs based on impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and customer adoption
• Track and report on product performance metrics and continuously refine based on feedback and data
• Advocate for both platform scalability and thoughtful technical debt management
Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
 

Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or data platforms
• Proven track record of launching and iterating on complex software products
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong experience working with data-driven products; comfort using SQL or analytical tools to self-serve insights
• Experience engaging directly with customers and translating feedback into actionable product decisions

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, interoperability, or analytics platforms is a plus
Preferred Experience

• Experience with population health, value-based care, or healthcare interoperability
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics or data-driven clinical insights
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments
