This is an non-exempt level position.

Position Summary:
Coordinators at ADM have proven ability to execute a variety of general accounting support tasks, including verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, inventory), and compiling data to prepare a variety of reports. Clerks have no direct supervisory responsibilities. The coordinator in this position will be mainly responsible for filing tonnage tax returns.

Job Responsibilities:

• File Tonnage tax returns and Miscellaneous Business License/Returns
• Special projects as assigned by manager
• Utilize ADM systems effectively and efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma required
• College classes (specifically accounting), a plus

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years of accounting/reconciliation experience a plus
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
