We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Technical Services team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create and maintain end-to-end test plans, test cases, and test packs
- →Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
- →Test and verify defects logged on TFS
- →Compile test reports and release notes
- →Support controlled releases and identify high-risk changes
- →Assist developers and Product Owners with defect investigation
- →Provide daily and weekly testing updates
Requirements
~1 min read- Grade 12 / N3 (essential)
- 2–4 years’ experience as a QA Analyst
- Advanced SQL skills
- Retail systems knowledge
- IT degree/diploma and ISTQB certification (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- High attention to detail and accountability
