About the Role

The Global Trade & Compliance Analyst will lead the administration of the Global Trade Compliance Program through governance, reporting, analytics, duty optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with Regional Trade & Compliance Managers, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Logistics teams to enable compliant and cost-effective global trade operations.

Responsibilities

  • →Oversee and maintain the Global Trade Compliance Program, including policies, procedures, controls, and SOPs.
  • →Develop and standardize compliance governance processes across all global regions.
  • →Support internal audits, compliance assessments, and corrective action plans.
  • →Oversee the company Duty Drawback Program and drive duty recovery opportunities.
  • →Identify duty savings through FTAs, special trade programs, and tariff mitigation initiatives.
  • →Maintain global trade compliance KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to support leadership reporting.
  • →Analyze tariff impacts, duty exposure, and trade-related costs across regions and business units.
  • →Develop executive summaries and business cases supporting sourcing and supply chain decisions.
  • →Track compliance performance, audit findings, training completion, broker performance, and savings initiatives.
  • →Support implementation and optimization of SAP and Global Trade Management systems.
  • →Lead process improvement efforts focused on automation, efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • →Partner with Regional Trade & Compliance Managers to ensure consistent execution of global standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, logistics, supply chain, or international business.
  • Customs Broker License a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of duty drawback, FTA programs, customs regulations, and global trade operations.
  • Professional certifications such as LCB, CCS, or CES are a plus.
