- Strong technical knowledge in process engineering principles and methodologies.

Designing and implementing systems and equipment procedures used in manufacturing facilities as they apply to the Material Flow Department.
Testing and monitoring equipment.
Updating current system processes.
Conducting risk assessments.
Researching automation techniques.
Testing new systems for efficiency.
Planning factory layouts to optimize production.
Analyzing process workflows.
Implementing best run practices and equipment settings.
Equipment Capacity evaluations and planning for optimized output and efficiencies.
Designing and planning equipment layout
Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement
Developing and implementing systems and strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes
Developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates, quality of output and product reliability
Creating process simulations and conducting risk assessments
Performing process analysis and making recommendations for improvement
Providing technical support and training to staff
Documenting all created processes and updating and maintaining these documents as changes occur
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Minimum 1 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with project management skills.
- Experience in requesting and justifying capital funding.
- Experience in reliability excellence and use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Experience with PLCs including troubleshooting and programming.
- Ability to analyze difficult and complex engineering systems and render clear interpretation and direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and or Autodesk Inventor
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic schematicnce Management Systems.
