The Supply Chain team at Arc’teryx brings the vision of our products physically to life and into the hands of our guests, wholesale partners, and retail stores across eight teams, working with various external parties and different areas of the business.
Product Creation Development - A highly technical team that is involved in the execution and creation of seasonal product plans from design concepts through pre-production readiness, while ensuring a consistent level of quality, fit, and performance.
Sourcing - The Sourcing team is responsible for sourcing, quality, compliance, and production functions globally, ensuring we have the supplier capacity and capability to help deliver our products on time to our quality standards
Raw Materials - Working closely with internal and external partners, the Raw Materials team manages the basic, unprocessed materials that are used to create our products, identifying innovative and commercially viable materials that meet our performance, aesthetic, cost, and quality standards.
Merchandise Planning & Allocations – MP&A delivers on bottom-up inventory and buy plans that align to financial targets, annual budgets and open to buy to drive alignment at the intersection of our Design vision, Merchandising strategies, and market channel growth strategies.
Manufacturing – Our Manufacturing facility is where the most technical and iconic products are made. Beyond just producing the products, our Manufacturing facility is also where new products are incubated through a close partnership between Design, Production Creation Development and a team of product construction experts in Manufacturing to ensure best functionality and quality.
Warehousing - The Warehousing and Logistics team is the small but mighty operational brain of the Arc’teryx brand and works in close concert with Arc’teryx Commercial, Merchandising, and other Supply Chain functions teams to deliver our business goals in the near and long-term. This team plays a critical role in ensuring services delivered are in line with brand strategic objectives.
Strategy and Integrated Business Planning – A team with true end-to-end visibility across our business and our business processes, pivotal in developing and implementing robust process frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency enhancement.
Sustainability - The Sustainability team is responsibility for our global sustainability strategy and leads our objectives in critical areas like climate, circularity, and impact to help guide Arc’teryx toward a future where sustainability is integral to our success.
