To support this journey, we are seeking an exceptional Group Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Group Leadership Team.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role to shape strategy, optimise business performance, lead finance transformation, support M&A and integration activities, strengthen governance, and maximise long-term shareholder value.

We are looking for an executive who brings:

• Proven experience as a Group CFO or senior finance executive within an international industrial organisation

• Experience leading businesses
• Strong exposure to challenging, multi-country operations
• A track record in finance transformation, business performance improvement and organisational change
• Deep expertise in treasury, capital structure, financing and cash optimisation
