The mission of the Product Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

Aritzia is growing and our Product Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the effective & efficient day-to-day operations of our Product Division. You will play a pivotal role in the project management of Product events & initiatives, ensuring alignment & seamless collaboration within & beyond the Product Division. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Events & Initiatives, you will:

• Plan & seamlessly execute events for the Product Division, including supplier visits & internal team events
• Project manage the design & development of special capsule collections, ensuring seamless collaboration between Product & Marketing to deliver against our shared objectives
• Project manage other key cross-functional priorities, representing and advocating for the Product Division
• Own all communications in support of events & initiatives, ensuring simple, relevant & timely information is shared with relevant teams  

The Senior Manager / Manager, Events & Initiatives, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in project and/or event management
• An ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• An ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
