Summer Internship Program

Arlo Solutions is seeking motivated students and early-career professionals for its paid Summer Internship Program, a hybrid learning experience based in the Washington, DC area. This program introduces interns to the business, technology, and operational functions that support a growing government contracting and digital services company.

Interns will participate in department briefings, workshops, mentorship, shadowing opportunities, project-based assignments, and professional development activities. Participants may gain exposure to areas such as cybersecurity, information technology, artificial intelligence, government contracting, human resources, recruiting, marketing, communications, business operations, and program support.

This internship is ideal for individuals who are curious, collaborative, and interested in exploring career pathways in technology, business, government services, and professional consulting. Interns will complete weekly learning activities and a final presentation or showcase highlighting their experience and key takeaways.

This is a hybrid internship based in the Washington, DC area. The program includes both virtual participation and possible in-person sessions at Arlo Solutions’ Washington, DC office for orientation, workshops, team activities, presentations, or department-based learning experiences.

• Current high school junior or senior, undergraduate student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
• Interest in technology, cybersecurity, digital services, business operations, government contracting, marketing, or human resources
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Ability to participate in a hybrid program based in the Washington, DC area
• Resume, draft resume, or school/activity summary required
• Brief statement of interest required

Applicants under 18 may be required to provide a valid work permit or employment certificate based on where work is performed, and parent/guardian consent is required. Interns must meet applicable work authorization requirements for paid employment.
