Sentricon Quality Assurance Manager
The Sentricon Quality Assurance Manager will function as field and classroom training support for service centers as assigned by the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Operations. The general purpose of this position is to assist the Region Vice President and Service Center Manager with Sentricon technical support and quality control at the field level to ensure superior customer service and State rule and regulation compliance. Most of the Sentricon Quality Assurance Manager's time will be spent in the field with service professionals in all segments to provide hands on field training that ensures the highest level of service being delivered to our customers. Overnight travel will be required.

Duties:
- Technical field training, evaluation, and reporting. Sentricon training and quality control of all residential and commercial Sentricon Service Professionals, dual role Mosquito Service Professionals, Termite Service Professionals, Supervisors, and Home Evaluators daily.
- Conduct service center inspections quarterly or as assigned.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews on completed service, installations, call backs, and removals.
- Conduct paperwork reviews at the service center level for any or all sales and service quarterly or as assigned.
- Ensure proper coding is used on all installs.
- Schedule New Employee Training (NET) for new Sentricon Service Professionals and Direct Training (DT) for all experienced Sentricon Service Professionals.
- Create an understanding of target goals and incentive plan.
- Provide classroom and field training to small and large groups.
- Maintain a Training Spreadsheet of all Sentricon Service Professionals with dates of training for Quality Assurance Reviews, New Employee Training, and Direct Training.
- Assist Region and Service Center operations with safety compliance ongoing and/or assigned.
- Conduct vehicle inspections at the service center level as assigned. Ensure proper equipment is present and kept in good order in the appropriate location.
- Assist Sr. Vice President of Corporate Operations, Director of Technical Services and Professional Development in Service Protocol design and implementation.
- Communicate with the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Operations via e-mail or phone to provide synopsis of activities.
- Maintain an up to date calendar of activities set at a minimum of two weeks in advance.
- Communicate, on the proper forms and as completed, the results of service center inspections, vehicle inspections, field training reports, paperwork reviews, and quality assurance reports to the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Operations, Region Vice President, and Service Center Manager via e-mail.
- Travel daily to the service center where duties are scheduled to be performed. Overnight travel will be necessary depending on service centers assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Reports to Brad Whitten, Vice President of Corporate Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Travel Requirements
- Possess current Driver License in the state where you work, ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards.
- If driving personal vehicle, must possess and maintain proper and adequate insurance.
- Overnight travel required as necessary depending on Service Centers assigned.

- May withstand extreme conditions such as heat in an attic in Summer or chill of crawlspace in Winter
- Exposure to vegetation, dust, dirt, insects and animal remains
- Some work in cramped spaces
