As Head of Business Transformation, you own Artefact's transformation across all functions. You lead a portfolio of Tech & AI powered transformation initiatives spanning Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Data — with one north star: provide a better experience to all Artefactors by making our operations faster, more efficient, and ready for our next stage growth.
Responsibilities

You act as the internal consultant who listens before designing. Your first mandate is to build a deep, ongoing understanding of how each support function operates — and where it hurts.
- →Conduct structured discovery sessions with function leads (CFO, CHRO, CMO, CTO) to map pain points and unmet needs
- →Observe end-to-end workflows to identify friction that teams have normalised but shouldn't accept
- →Translate qualitative frustrations into quantified improvement opportunities with a clear business case
- →Maintain a living pipeline of prioritised opportunities, updated as the organisation evolves
- → Lead a Portfolio of Transformation Initiatives
You personally own the transformation roadmap and are accountable for delivery — from process redesign and tooling deployment to change adoption — across all support domains:
Mission closure, Order to cash, Cost controlling,..
Evaluation, Learning, Staffing, Onboarding & offboarding,..
Lead generation, Campaign operations
Finops, access management, · Vendor & licence governance · Security compliance
AI & Data services & tools to all Artefactors
- Design target-state processes and deploy solutions (automation, AI, tooling) that deliver measurable improvements
- Drive adoption through structured communication and training — results matter, not just go-lives
- Collaborate with Artefact's Data & AI teams to co-design and industrialise internal AI use cases
- Drive Change & Build Stakeholder Alignment
The best process redesign fails without people behind it. You own the human side of transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to function leads, balancing constructive challenge with genuine support
- Embark & engage key leaders ( Country CEOs, Heads of chapter,) along a shared vision
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement that outlasts any individual initiative
- Benchmark internal practices against industry standards and import outside-in thinking
- Transformation Portfolio Monitoring & COMEX Reporting
You give the Executive Committee full visibility on where the transformation stands, what it delivers, and what decisions are needed.
- Own the transformation dashboard: initiative status, milestones, risks, and value delivered
- Track ROI across the portfolio — productivity gains, cost savings, risk reduction
- Escalate blockers proactively and formulate clear options for leadership decision-making
- Master's degree from a top business or engineering school
- 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation,
- Exposure to international, multi-entity environments; consulting or professional services background is a strong plus
- Transformation skills (PMO, Lean, Agile, process reshape, change management
