We’re growing and looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice in Elm Grove, WI.

What You’ll Do

• Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including prophylaxis, sealants, fluoride, and non-surgical periodontal care
• Perform periodontal charting and maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the connection between oral and overall health
• Build strong, lasting patient relationships through empathy, trust, and excellent communication
• Partner closely with doctors and team members to deliver smooth, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first mindset
• Comfortable with digital charting and imaging systems
• New grads are welcome — mentorship and training available
