Responsibilities

→Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages to Ascension standards.  Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring the highest level of guest service.
→Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment, resolving basic issues.
→Continuously expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol, and hospitality.
→Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
→Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
→Communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams.
→Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions.

Requirements

Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
Availability for nights and weekends.
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.  Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.  Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
