About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong DevOps and cloud engineering experience to join our Global Integration Hub Team. You’ll work on modern cloud-native platforms in Azure, building scalable integrations, automation tooling, and backend services within a Kubernetes-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both software engineering and infrastructure automation, with exposure to event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, and modern CI/CD practices.

About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong DevOps and cloud engineering experience to join our Global Integration Hub Team. You’ll work on modern cloud-native platforms in Azure, building scalable integrations, automation tooling, and backend services within a Kubernetes-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both software engineering and infrastructure automation, with exposure to event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, and modern CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and integration services in Azure
- Build backend services, APIs, and automation tooling primarily using Python
- Work with Kubernetes (AKS) to deploy, manage, and scale applications
- Develop and maintain workflow orchestration solutions using Argo Workflows, Airflow, or Temporal
- Integrate messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Event Hub, and Service Bus
- Support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and GitOps practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimise system reliability and performance
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to engineering best practices, automation, and platform improvements
- Strong experience as a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
- Strong Azure Cloud experience
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience (AKS preferred)
- Strong Python development and scripting skills
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Argo, Airflow, or Temporal
- Experience with Kafka, Event Hub, Service Bus, or similar event-driven technologies
- CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and automation experience
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices
- Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
