About the role
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee delivery processes, and drive the successful implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions in a modern cloud and DevOps environment.
Working closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders, you will manage priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across all levels. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration, improving delivery practices, and enabling continuous improvement within an agile framework.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience delivering complex technology solutions in cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerized applications, and modern integration architectures.
Experience with workflow orchestration and event-driven systems (e.g., Argo, Airflow, Kafka, Service Bus).
Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployments.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and guide architectural decisions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional, international teams.
Hands-on mindset with a focus on delivery, continuous improvement, and best practices.
