Solution Engineer

IntellaQuest is a mission-critical quality, safety, and compliance platform embedded in the operations of global manufacturers like Honda, Subaru, and Harley-Davidson. Where manufacturers once relied on paper-based and fragmented processes, IntellaQuest delivers structured, auditable workflows that keep them audit-ready against standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11, across automotive, chemicals, energy, and electronics.

With approximately 50 employees and a high-performing Technical Center in Skopje, Macedonia, IntellaQuest is entering its next phase of growth under new ownership, scaling the product, modernizing the platform, and building a repeatable SaaS operating model.

IntellaQuest is looking for a U.S. based Solutions Engineer to support customer expansion. This is a demo-heavy, consultative role for a hands-on quality engineering professional who can translate real manufacturing workflows into credible product conversations, support pilots, and help customers evaluate expansion opportunities.

• Partner with the Account Management team on discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative customer conversations.
• Use hands-on quality engineering experience to understand customer workflows, requirements, and operational constraints.
• Prepare and deliver credible demonstrations tailored to manufacturing and quality use cases.
• Support customer pilots, evaluations, and follow-up conversations through expansion decisions.
• Help translate technical and operational requirements into clear recommendations for customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to the expansion team's revenue targets, with performance measures to be finalized.
• Travel periodically for customer visits, larger opportunities, and on-site work, with travel expected up to approximately 20%.
• Support sensitive defense customer work where U.S. citizenship is required for access.

• You have 2+ years of hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You have a strong working knowledge of quality processes and the credibility to engage experienced manufacturing stakeholders.
• You have clear presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with a consultative, customer-facing approach.
• You are able to learn IntellaQuest's product and sales motion and turn domain knowledge into effective demonstrations.
• You may have experience supporting pilots, technical evaluations, implementation, or pre-sales conversations, though it isn't required.

Remote, United States. Central or Eastern time zones are preferred, with Detroit or Chicago considered a plus. Candidates should live within approximately two hours of a major airport. Travel may be required up to approximately 20%.
