Job Description

Provide senior-level Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) expertise supporting aircraft carrier modernization, maintenance, and lifecycle logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle ILS activities and logistics documentation
• Validate configuration and logistics changes throughout ship lifecycle
• Review and complete Ship Change Document (SCD) ILS Certifications
• Ensure logistics elements meet required milestones
• Support ILS Risk Assessments and LPDS performance tracking
• Draft and review logistics documentation and responses
• Perform logistics, supply chain, and administrative analysis
• Coordinate inventory management activities and ROMIS data updates
• Support CALICo and logistics certification efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field OR High School Diploma with 20 years specialized experience required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 15+ years professional experience in integrated logistics support required

Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience

• Navy logistics and supply management systems
• ROMIS
• CALICo
• Navy Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
• Shipboard Instrumentation Systems Calibration (SISCAL)
• Navy procurement and requisition systems
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) processes
• Lifecycle logistics planning methodologies

Required Specialized Experience

• Naval Logistics System experience
• Identification of material and logistics requirements for ship alteration and repair
• Navy Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
• Shipboard Instrumentation and Systems Calibration (SISCAL)
• ILS Certification process
• Navy supply and procurement systems
• Requisitioning and purchasing procedures
