Engineer II, Equipment Engineering

• →You will create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure that the test equipment is up and running. 
• →Leveraging strong technical equipment skills in this dynamic environment, this role will perform trouble shooting, preventative maintenance, and respond to internal customers while maintaining a safety and quality focus. 
• →Effectively meet equipment project objectives and goals.
• →Develop improvements for processes, hardware and software for continuous improvement of ASM's equipment operations.
• →Responsible for working with new R&D equipment in close interaction with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
• →Support facilities upgrades, installation of new equipment and equipment upgrades for process development and application programs.
• →Coordinate with our facilities team to ensure alignment with work on equipment.
• →Actively participate in creative process to conceptualize and design novel equipment.
• →Writing procedures and process for in house activities. 
• →Meet milestones with deliverables as set by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalents in engineering backgrounds 
• 2+ years of experience working on capital equipment preferably in a clean room environment.
• Experience in semiconductor or related industry.
• Knowledge of ALD, CVD, RTP and wet cleaning processing would be a strong plus. 

• Must be able to read schematic designs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills on complex equipment.
• Strong sense of urgency to ensure minimal down time of equipment.
• Ability to work as a team and with the engineering team.
