Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Based on blanket study, process characterization and relationship to deposition conditions
- →Understand the fundamentals of Plasma-based deposition and the interaction between HW and process (plasma power, pressure, etc.) through DOE evaluation
- →Training in XPS, AFM, XRR, Ellipsometry, Nanoindentation fundamentals and characterization analysis
- →Conduct regular SPC monitoring & improve process stability
- →Understand sensitive/key parameters and reflect to HW start up procedure
- →Present the key achievement in a large audience forum
- Ph.D. student in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Plasma Engineering, or a related field with hands-on experience with plasma reactors
- Knowledge of fundamental principles of deposition and fundamental limits of thin film characterization
- Strong interest toward operating ASM chambers and developing process conditions based on mechanistic understanding
- Understands the importance of safety and working culture in Lab
- Comfortable in presenting and sharing results in a scientific and collaborative way
