Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Minimum Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- →Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, equipment engineering, process engineering, or a related technical field.
- →Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes such as ALD, PEALD, CVD, Epitaxy, Furnace, or thin-film deposition technologies.
- →Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- →Experience with process characterization, DOE, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- →Familiarity with process monitoring, SPC, JMP, Minitab, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
- →Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- →Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- →Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and supporting critical customer escalations when needed.
- Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment directly at customer sites.
- Proven success in tool installation, qualification, and production ramp support.
- Experience driving improvements in yield, uptime, throughput, process capability, or cost of ownership.
- Knowledge of chamber matching, process transfer, technology transfer, and equipment performance optimization.
- Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build trusted technical relationships.
- Experience leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts and driving issues to closure.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
- A passion for solving challenging technical problems and delivering measurable value to customers.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
