Senior Engineer I, Process Engineering

• →Researching, developing, and optimizing thin film deposition processes based on strong chemistry and materials science fundamentals, with a focus on different metal and dielectric ALD and PEALD film materials   

• →Designing and executing experiments together with engineers form R&D programs  

• →Actively troubleshooting process and equipment issues through hands-on engagement 

• →Authoring technical reports and contributing to intellectual property (IP) generation  
  
  

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with ALD and PEALD and other for example CVD film deposition technologies
