• →Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces
• →Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they're in top-notch condition for our residents
• →Dive into apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm, making each space a welcoming home
• →Be a jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs wherever needed throughout the property
• →All other duties as assigned

• Bring your A-game to our team environment, showcasing your strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate.
• Show proficiency in handling and maintaining tools and equipment safely, from hand tools to electric equipment and everything in between
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
