Job DescriptionASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates with at least an active Secret clearance to support our Army G-1 mission under the CECOM SEC SETA program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.ASRC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Software Developer position to support our customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Software Developer will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced Appian-based solutions in support of the DAMIS program. This position provides technical leadership and ensures the delivery of secure, scalable applications that enhance Army G-1 readiness and compliance objectives. Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement advanced Appian applications and integrations in support of DAMIS requirements. Lead code reviews and enforce Appian coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Appian and integrated Army systems. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate Appian developers. Support integration, deployment, and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army enterprise environments. Collaborate with Army G-1 stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, automated Appian workflows. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.  2 - 7 years of professional software development experience with Appian. Proven ability to design and deploy complex Appian applications in production environments. Must be a US Citizen. Desired Qualifications Prior experience developing solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Army. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Security+ or related DoD 8570 certification. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
