Performs administrative tasks and services to support the organization's human resource department, specifically within talent operations. Maintains accurate files, records, and documents. Ensures integrity and confidentiality of all employee files and records when necessary.  Answers frequent questions related to applications, education/training, recruitment, onboarding, employment, etc. Performs periodic audits of records and documentation. Reviews and answers employee center cases. Process moderate to complex data entry employee actions within the HRIS. Provides information and guidance to all levels of employees regarding standard policies and processes. May act as liaison between the organization and external providers and vendors. May work in a Shared Services environment. Gain exposure to recruitment marketing processes and assets. Assist with hiring event registration and set up.  Requires a High School diploma and a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
