ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, requires a detail-oriented PMI Materials Coordinator to support the ASTROS Contract. Come be a part of our Team as we build up new systems and see them move from testing into the world's future technology. We are looking for someone with equipment tracking and database management experience. ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to keep this research equipment mission ready.   Key Role: Assist areas in identifying support equipment and process items accordingly, working with company personnel, other contractors, and government personnel. Maintain PMI and TDS database records to accurately reflect current equipment status, PMI due and overdue dates, equipment location, POC and owning area, approvals, and area changes or transfers. Create database records when new-purchase equipment is received or when notified by an area of a previously unknown item. Route temporary status request letters (Extension, CEE) for signatures, upload signed and approved letters onto records, and adjust database record dates accordingly. Track status expiration dates of CEE and Extension items, adjusting dates when equipment is installed or serviced and informing areas when a status expires. Upload equipment-associated documentation onto database records, including user information, repair records, vendor calibration certificates, approved letters, and QC reports. Generate and distribute monthly reports, including vessel reports to areas, tagged items due to the Company Propulsion Manager, listings of items coming due or overdue, work orders and relief valve reports, data reports to the AF Site Logistics Manager, and due and overdue reports to the supervisor. Create laminated index cards for relief valves, affix certification labels, and update existing cert labels when equipment is serviced. Generate CEE approval letters and complete cert labels and date stickers for CEE status removal. Track PMI metrics monthly, including number of items due and overdue, items sent to and returned from vendor calibration, and CEE and Extension status.   Basic Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in materials coordination, equipment management, logistics, or related field High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements. Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.   Preferred Qualifications: Experience maintaining equipment or calibration tracking databases. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
