The Senior Strategic Insights Analyst will support DCSA strategic communications, strategic planning, and analysis by developing communications products and executive materials, supporting communications planning and KPI analysis, facilitating employee-engagement and stakeholder activities, providing strategic facilitation and design-thinking support, producing graphic and data-visualization products, reviewing policies and procedures, and supporting frameworks for prioritizing projects, initiatives, and resources.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

→Active Secret Clearance
→10 years of relevant experience
→A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, public administration, management, or a related discipline; OR A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant policy, strategic planning, or operational management experience
→Experience conducting organizational assessments, developing procedures, and preparing management documentation
→Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
→Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
→Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Onsite Position Requirements - This position requires regular onsite work at a government/customer facility. The employee must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:
