About the Role
~1 min readWe're looking for an AI-forward digital marketer to own and scale our inbound engine — paid media, website conversion, and search visibility across both search engines and LLMs (SEO + AEO). You'll turn channel spend into predictable pipeline, treating the website as a product and AI discoverability as the next frontier. A builder at heart, you're equally strategic and hands-on.

Own paid media as a pipeline channel (Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels including other platform ads), managing budgets, agency partners, and efficiency against pipeline targets

Own website conversion: demo flows, landing pages, and CRO experiments, plus the page depth that unlocks paid scaling
- →
Drive SEO and AEO: win where buyers search and where AI assistants answer; grow LLM referrals (ChatGPT, Google, Claude) into a first-class channel
- →
Run a rapid experimentation engine across channels, creative, and messaging: kill losers fast, double down on winners
- →
Use AI across the workflow (research, creative iteration, page builds, reporting automation) with strong QA and brand control

Define and report channel performance from spend to SQO; partner with RevOps on attribution and dashboards
5+ years in B2B digital marketing or demand gen, owning paid and web channels tied to pipeline, ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven record scaling paid search and paid social efficiently: you think in pipeline-per-dollar, not impressions
Hands-on with CRO and web analytics: landing page testing, conversion funnels, GA4/HubSpot
SEO fundamentals plus a sharp point of view on AEO and LLM discoverability
Demonstrated AI fluency: research, analysis, and content workflows with human QA; tools like Claude
Strong analytical mindset tied to pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
