✓Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team

✓Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store

✓Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track

✓Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles

✓A clear and confident communicator, you’re comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment

✓Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team

✓Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support

✓Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising

✓Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment

✓Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store

✓A values champion and brand ambassador our values must resonate deeply with you

✓You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you

✓This role is suitable for anyone with Supervisor experience in a store

✓Ability to assist in developing and mentoring a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth and development

✓Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to change

✓You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
