The US Retail Marketing Manager partners with internal stakeholders and key US retail partners to support campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives that deliver a best-in-class end-user experience while driving growth for ASUS SBG and OPBG brands and products in the US market.
This role requires strong consumer electronics product knowledge and the ability to manage strategic marketing relationships with US retailers. The ideal candidate brings expertise in digital content management, in-store execution, RSP product training, and account management that produces measurable results at retail.
This role helps lead product marketing initiatives across US retail categories, including Gaming laptops, Handheld, Premium Windows laptops, Burst laptops, Chromebooks, Desktops/AIOs, Monitors, and Networking. Responsibilities span Best Buy Blue Shirt training, US retail 3PL product training, and both virtual and in-person training programs.
The successful candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. This individual can manage multiple retail partners and projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with both internal and customer-facing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Manage retail.com product content for Gaming laptops, Handheld, Premium Windows laptops, Chromebooks, Desktops/AIOs, Burst laptops, Monitors, and Networking. Responsibilities include product page marketing content, A+ and syndicated content, launch date confirmation, WTB (where to buy) link validation for all GTM initiatives, and other related deliverables. Lead the product page review process from start to finish with retail accounts across all ASUS categories.
- →Serve as a strategic marketing lead for US retail partners, including annual and quarterly planning for digital campaign collaboration and in-store placements such as endcaps, countertops, walls, shared tables, and specialized tables. Responsibilities include internal cross-functional collaboration, agency management, and co-marketing alignment with ecosystem partners such as Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, AMD, Google, and Microsoft to support retail campaigns.
- →Serve as a retail product training lead for key retailers and ecosystem partners, including virtual and in-person training events. Partner with the Best Buy training team and ecosystem partners to train evergreen 3PL sales teams for each selling cycle, including Spring and Holiday, and increase ASUS in-store focus.
- →Lead ASUS product marketing analysis across digital and in-store channels by developing timely summaries following new product launches, including media coverage, reviews, and PDP evaluations. Conduct bi-weekly in-store analysis, including store visits, to recap category performance, evaluate competitor placements, and assess ASUS brand presence.
Requirements
~2 min read- Shopper marketing experience, including the ability to understand shopper behavior and create cohesive brand messaging across customer touchpoints and retail partners to drive demand for ASUS products.
- Deep understanding of consumer electronics customer segments and the ability to apply those insights in partnership with US retail partners.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to travel domestically to retail marketing events and 3PL training sessions, approximately 25% of the time.
- Requires extended periods of sitting and use of a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment.
